Maverick provides an AI-powered advertising platform that enables users to generate, manage, and optimize digital advertising content. Services are provided on a credit-based system.
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
Our platform operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages starting from 50 credits. One credit is priced at 0.10 EUR (or equivalent in other supported currencies). Credits are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
Maverick retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding. Content you generate using our tools remains your property, subject to our license to use it for service improvement and operation.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maverick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an update on our website.
